Hi everyone!

I’m Alyssa Deolitsis.

Deolitisis + Delicious = DEOlicious. :)

I’ve been baking, cooking, and making a huge mess in the kitchen my entire life (powdered sugar and flour everywhere, obviously!). I started dabbling with royal icing years ago and fell in love. My love for baking and art became one when I needed a creative outlet most. I use my mom’s delicious sugar cookie recipe I have always enjoyed! I absolutely love bright and vibrant colors. I try to bring that out in my cookies as much as possible.

I graduated with a degree in Food Science Human Nutrition and Hospitality Management from The University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign in 2014. I am sanitation certified in Illinois and a licensed Illinois cottage food baker.

I find great joy in being a part of your events. It’s extra special when the baby announcement client comes back for the baby shower, the first birthday, and all of life’s fun and special moments! As a small business, I notice it all and never take your business for granted! I pour my heart into every order.
